Hi Allison--
I graduated from high school in 1988! I remember how proud my family was--that was a good memory.

I was still young during the 80's but one of my favorite memories was t.v. dinner night with my dad. It was just us two and we might have cleaned the house up during the day, listening to the radio or one of his many records (Michael Jackson's Bad comes to mind) and after the day spent straightening up the house, we'd sit on the couch with our table trays and watch t.v. while we ate. It was today's pizza night for us, once a week dad wouldn't cook and we'd just have fun after a week of work and/or school.

Oh, I know the 80s all to well. I lost my mom in 1981 and my dad in 1983 with the time in between caring for my son who was 3-5 at the time. The rest of the 80s I learned to correct my priorities in life, spent more time hauling my son around and working as a teacher. Probably not my best decade.
Thanks for the giveaway and I am, and have been, a follower on Google Friend Connect,

Oh, the 80's. I was a super big fan of Debbie Gibson. I had posters in my room, I went to her concerts, I even dressed up like her for Halloween one year. I miss the music!

My favorite memory of the 80's would be the Saturday cartoons I would watch when I was a kid. It was so muck fun.
I loved the big hair bands of the eighties including Bon Jovi, Poison, and Warrent.

I was in my early thirties in the eighties. Looking back at pictures now I can't believe I wore the clothes. sharonaquilino at hotmail dot com
Thank you all for all the great 80's memories!! Thanks for entering and I will be announcing the winner soon!
I had an eight year old in school
and worked the graveyard shift at the phone company. Those were difficult times. One of my best memories was reading on my lunch hour or watching Saturday Night Live in the work lounge.
